Includes a 8-page full colour booklet, with images -some of them explicit- of Lorde, and the credits of the album.

Runouts are etched and stamped.
Tracks are numbered sequentially on the back cover on the release.

"Made in Germany", sticker attached to the rear shrink wrap.

Sealed copies comes with a rectangular grey hype sticker, attached to the front shrink wrap.
